Weโre pleased to share that weโve successfully completed the trial of a 10" ANSI 300 SlurryFlo Control Valve in SAGD service. This valve replaced a problematic rotary control valve and was designed to handle difficult 3-phase flow conditions.
Our engineering team designed a custom trim and conducted multi-phase CFD analysis to accurately predict flow behavior for a severe service application that requires precision, reliability, and durability.
The SlurryFlo Control Valve's initial cost was justified by its ability to exceed the clientโs expectations. A year after installation, the valve trim shows minimal wear and zero downstream pipe erosion, proving the valve's outstanding performance.
