Introducing SAFโs New President: Maria Aguirre
We are pleased to announce that Maria Aguirre has been appointed President, effective November 3, 2025.
Maria brings a unique blend of engineering depth, commercial experience, and international perspective. She began her career with Summit Valve and Controls as an Applications Engineer, later leading the industrial bidding group before taking on broader leadership roles across the valve and actuation space.
With a background that spans both technical and customer-facing roles, Maria is known for her collaborative leadership style, analytical thinking, and results-driven mindset. Fluent in English and Spanish, she brings a global lens to SAFโs evolving markets and relationships.
As President, Maria will lead SAF into its next chapter, guided by our values and a clear focus on growth, customer service, and team development.
