Our client had several concerns over the short lifespan of their ball valves, as they required frequent replacement due to erosion. The solution was to install multiple 8โ ANSI150 SlurryFlo control valves with custom sintered carbide trim. These valves now provide up to 10x the service life in the clientโs mining underflow application.
