Our seat plate designs are all custom engineered; however, some are far more unique than others! These ANSI 300 seat plates (and the SlurryFlo valves they fit into) are designed to modulate flashing applications, which also contain solids, making for a challenging process to control.
Using complex CFD analysis, SlurryFlo engineers collaborated with the end user to develop a โone of-a-kindโ trim geometry, designed to optimize flow, increase system performance, and remain in service longer than alternative solutions.
